I live in the northeast of England and like most women have many roles, which makes life hectic at times. I enjoy a challenge and while my art is certainly that, it is also my release and my absorbing passion. I began pressing flowers about four years ago and have developed my art over that time. Members of WWPFG have supported and encouraged me through that process and I am indebted to them for all their help and kindness.

I use mixed media in my art, enjoying the fusion of pressed flowers with textiles and specialist papers and I was told recently that my work is now more powerful. I liked that!

I hope you like my art too.
